About Pleasant Valley Sourdough
I accidentally started this business in the summer of 2024.
You see, I put out a tiny farm stand over the weekend to sell extra vegetables from my garden, with a few loaves of sourdough to fill the table.
To my surprise, the vegetables sat, getting mushy in the sun, while the sourdough sold out!
This pattern continued and by fall, I decided to create Pleasant Valley Sourdough, LLC.
I am a home baker and mostly bake to order, while I also occasionally make guest appearances at markets around the area.
I would love to own a bakery someday and I can’t wait to see where this happy little accident that is Pleasant Valley Sourdough will take me!
